We are aware that there are a number of British forces wanting to order models from Airspotters.com. In fact i was on the phone today to Camp Bastion talking to a serviceman wanting to buy a model. We even sent many items in the past but never knew we could do it FREE.
We are pleased that we can send items FREE postage as long as it is ordered by a serviceman or woman in Iraq or Afghanistan, or by a family member sending to a serviceman or woman in these two areas.
We can even drop off the VAT making this an exceptional offer to forces serving in these regions

These are new forms that we have created to ensure that information you send is secure and cannot be read by anybody else. We have created these forms to further enusre our customers that Airspotters.com takes internet security serioulsy and uses the most up to date software available to us.

- They have full set of verified terms and conditions, overseen by an IMRG.
- They are registered with data protection, legal requirment in the UK.
- They have a full returns policy.
- They have a clear complaints procedure.
- They have no hiden extras like adding cost or postage after you finished shopping.
- They have a land line number not just a mobile.
- They are VAT and tax regisistered and have had this verified.
- They reply in a timely manner to emails and are not left days on end without replying.
 All the above apply to us here at Airspotters.com and our customers enjoy the benifit and protections this brings.
And of course we are happy for customer to come to our premises and see the models before you buy. We may not have a shop (keeping costs down) but are happy to have items collected for those that live close enough to do so. Just call or email to arrange a time like most shops we are open 9am to 6pm weekdays and some weekends as we get nearer Christmas.On Thursday we can accommodate up until 8pm just like late night shoppping.

If it is not ISIS -Accredited do not shop their, it is simply as that, checking our competitors websites very few are registered with ISIS which is very disappointing.
