We have to show we actually sold items and not made them up, but we do not keep any card details and delete orders on the system after six months for extra security. A: This sometimes happens if you are placing a large order, and is annoying but easily fixed. Simply close all tabs down and restart your computer. My order update says it is a PRE-ORDER MODEL what does that mean.. A. Pre-Order simply means that you have ordered a model that has yet to be released. Suppliers send out lists of models in production and we list these in advance so customer can pre-order the models, or save up for them.  The website always shows the approx month the model is to be released. Please do not order a pre-order model for a birthday etc as this will not be here in time in many cases and cause disappointment. Q. CAN YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO SAVE TIME THE NEXT TIME I ORDER A. We will not do this under any circumstances, and we delete all credit card details as soon as the order is complete (Telephone Orders). Use RBS World pay or Pay pal we do not even get to see the details and are two of the safest ways to buy on line.

Q. HOW DO I GET AN ORDER STATUS UPDATE. A. You are emailed when we accept the order and when it is dispatched, also see order status button on the home page. Q. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED A. Yes you can, as long as you take care in returning the item to us. Q. CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER ITEM?  A. Yes you can cancel at anytime with no penalty to you. Any money paid will be refunded within 36 hours. Q. ARE YOU AN OFFICIAL REGISTERED BUSINESS? CAN I TRUST YOU? A. Yes we are and registered for Tax and VAT in the UK. A: No in a word, why have the hassle of logging in every time and having another password to remember it just not practical there would be too many lost sales. We then discount this price on by displaying our price and then showing the RRP price. There is a small % tolerance on RRP and we always try to say under it as stated above. There are a some items on our website that are exactly the RRP, these do not have any RRP showing as it would be the same price. Q: SPELLING AND GRAMMAR ON THIS WEBSITE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD WHY IS THAT A: The truth is that I do have a slight dyslexia problem and struggle at times to see things the way other people do. I am as keen as anyone here to keep the website updated and sometimes i write articles which seem ok to myself but then cause a laugh when others read them. I do not normally talk about this and thought now is the time to say so as one site recently was quite sarcastic and rude about a spelling error. Please feel free to email in your corrections I am happy to update and put these mistake right as much as you are in visiting the site. We do have the site vetted once I have been on doing my bit but it may be several days after the update has taken place.
