Founded in 1987 as an air taxi company in Kifisia near Athens, Aegean is today by far the largest and most important airline in Greece. Core of the fleet are, in addition to first A320neo aircraft, no less than 25 Airbus A320s, among them SX-DGZ, that are one by one being repainted with the new and modern corporate livery first introduced in 2020.
