We operate a clear and fair returns policy.


We accept returns provided it is within 30 days of the order date.


Here is a quick guide to help you


Log into your account and click returns and notify us, we need to know why it's being returned
We will respond within 24 hours and authorise the return.
We pay for damaged and defective goods plus the return postage
We refund all other goods but not the return postage if ordered in error for example.
We will offer credit on your account or full refund this is your choice.
If you do not have an account and ordered as a guest please email sales@airspotters.com to arrange your return.

We can send a pre-paid postage to you by computer or post for returns and large items can be collected by UPS


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
