Tips on sending a good email to us as we get lots every day

Make sure you keep it reasonably short and to the point.
Charity emails not accepted you must write to address below with letter head and charity registration No.
Give clear expectations of what you want us to do for you (example reserve a models please give, make, scale, ref etc) .
How much does that cost emails are most common. To find the cost of an item and postage simply add item to basket and choose the postage, it is as simply as that.
We will try and reply within 24 hours(Weekdays) 36 hours (Weekends)
