These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Airspotters.com.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

2. Sales and Orders
All items are sold as new unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.
By placing an order with Airspotters.com, you are making an offer to buy the goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch. We do not offer credit facilities.
You will own the goods once we have received full payment and dispatched them to you.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Discount codes may not apply to all categories, including but not limited to clearance items, special offers, pre-orders or selected ranges.
3. Product Information and Safety
Please read the product description carefully before ordering.
Please also read any instructions, warnings or safety information provided on the box or inside the packaging.
Airspotters.com cannot accept responsibility for misuse of products after delivery, or for injury or damage caused by misuse, careless handling, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Payment and Fraud Prevention
We take fraud prevention seriously.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that we believe may have been placed using an unauthorised payment card or fraudulent payment method.
Orders paid by card and sent to an alternative delivery address may be subject to additional checks before dispatch.
If you provide an alternative delivery address, you must also provide a valid email address or telephone number for the cardholder. Orders without this information may be delayed while we verify the payment.
Please do not send credit card details by email. Email is not a secure way to send payment information. Card payments should only be made through our secure website checkout.
We do not keep full credit card numbers on file.
5. Identity Protection and Customer Data
We keep certain transaction records where required for tax, accounting, auditing, fraud prevention or legal purposes.
We do not keep personal information longer than necessary.
We do not sell or pass customer details to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may provide information to banks, card providers, law enforcement agencies or other authorities where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud.
Paper records that are no longer required are securely shredded.
We are proactive in protecting customer identity and preventing online fraud.
6. Delivery
Orders will be dispatched after full payment has been received and processed.
Once a parcel has been handed to the postal or courier service, delivery is handled by that service. We will assist customers where possible if an item is delayed or appears to be missing.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
7. Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived, please check the following before contacting us:

Whether a neighbour has accepted the parcel.

Whether a collection card has been left by Royal Mail or the courier.

Whether the parcel has been left in a safe place, an outbuilding, or a side building.

Whether the delivery address supplied to us was correct.
Parcels are usually considered missing after the following periods:

UK parcels: 21 days.

European parcels: 31 days.

Worldwide parcels: 40 days.
If your parcel has still not arrived after the relevant period, please contact us and we will help you investigate the matter.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please contact us before returning any item.
Returned items should be packed carefully and returned in the condition in which they were received, including all packaging, accessories and paperwork where applicable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, Airspotters.com will pay the reasonable cost of return postage or provide an agreed return method.
We may ask for photographs of the item, packaging and damage before agreeing the best way to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Items No Longer Required / Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because it is no longer required, you have changed your mind, or you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
We do not pay return postage for items that are not faulty.
Items returned because they are no longer required must be returned unused, undamaged and in a resaleable condition, with original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to deduct from any refund if the item has been handled more than necessary, damaged, used, altered, or returned with missing or damaged packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.
We will process refunds after the returned goods have been received and checked.
Original delivery charges may not be refunded in full where an enhanced or special delivery service was selected.
9. Overseas Orders, Import Duties and Refused Deliveries
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for checking and paying any import duties, customs charges, taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by their own country.
These charges are not set by Airspotters.com and are not included in our product prices or delivery charges unless clearly stated otherwise.
If an overseas customer refuses to pay import tax, customs duty, handling charges or any other local import charge, and the parcel is returned to Airspotters.com, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been returned to us and all additional costs have been calculated.
In these circumstances, we may deduct from the refund any costs incurred by Airspotters.com, including but not limited to:

Return shipping charges.

Courier or postal handling fees.

Customs charges.

Import or re-import costs.

Administration charges.

Any loss in value if the item or packaging is returned damaged.
Any refund due will only be issued after these costs have been deducted.
If the parcel is not returned to us, or is destroyed, abandoned or seized because the customer failed to pay import charges or failed to respond to customs or courier requests, no refund will be issued unless we recover the goods or receive compensation from the carrier.
By placing an overseas order, the customer accepts responsibility for all import charges and agrees not to refuse delivery due to them.
10. Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure and will always try to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Airspotters.com reserves the right to cancel any voucher issued and refund the original payment where appropriate.
Any fraudulent use of gift vouchers will be reported to the relevant authorities.
If a voucher is used incorrectly and results in a negative order balance, the balance cannot be refunded in cash.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use gift vouchers correctly.
If the order value exceeds the voucher value, the customer can pay the difference at checkout.
12. Pre-Orders
We accept pre-orders for selected new releases.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch by contacting us by email or telephone.
Pre-orders help us order the right models in the right quantities for customers.
Payment may be taken when the pre-order is placed. If the model is cancelled by the manufacturer, or if you cancel the pre-order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid.
For orders over £100, we may ask for a 15% deposit.
We do not keep credit card details on file.
13. Prices
We reserve the right to increase or reduce prices without notice.
Special offer items may show a previous price or recommended retail price where available.
All prices are based on recommended retail prices where applicable and may be lower in some cases.
UK prices include VAT at the current UK rate where applicable.
For overseas customers, import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
14. Website Content, Copyright and Use of Materials
All copyright and copyrightable materials on this website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, photographs, screenshots, sound files and other content, are owned by Airspotters.com or used with permission from third-party rights holders.
All rights are reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit or store website content for commercial use without prior written permission from Airspotters.com or the relevant copyright owner.
Permission may be granted to display, copy, distribute or download materials for personal, non-commercial and informational use only, provided the use is positive, lawful and does not damage the reputation of Airspotters.com.

15. Mailing List
We do not pass your details to third parties for marketing.
We do not send excessive marketing emails.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
