Sales
All items are sold as new unless stated in the description.
All items will be dispatched on completion of full payment.
Airspotters.com can take no responsibility for misuse of items after delivery or any injury’s however caused

We reserve the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty

• Orders paid for by a credit card but have any alternative delivery address are now subject to further checks prior to sending items.

• Alternative delivery orders without these details will be subject to delay while we verify the authentication of the credit card user.

Missing items
Airspotters.com has no control over the postal service once we have handed the item over to them for delivery to you
In the unlikely event an item does not arrive please, first please check the following , UK Parcels are considered missing after 21 days, European 31 days and Worldwide 40 days
Make sure a Neighbour did not take this in for you and forgot to tell you
Make sure that you did not over look a parcel to collect card left by the Royal Mail.
Make sure it was not left in an out house or side building
Make sure you gave us the right postal address
Gift vouchers
These cannot be exchanged for cash.
Airspotters holds the right to cancel any voucher issued and refund at anytime
Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the Police/Authority.
Over spent vouchers that create a minus figure on an order cannot be refunded as cash
It is the responsibility of the buyer to use these vouchers correctly
Buyers can make up the difference by using a checkout gateway to pay the extra
Pre-orders
Gentleman’s agreement : We take pre-orders for all new releases. You can cancel and withdraw from a pre-order at anytime by letting us know by email or telephone. There is no risk in reserving your model at Airspotters.com, it is a simple way of us ordering the right model at the right time for you. Credit cards are charged at time of pre-order, if the model is cancelled or you change your money we will be refunded
Orders over £100 we may ask for a 15% deposit

We reserve the right to reduce or increase the price of items without notice.
