This JC Wings LH2432 model represents N7470 “City of Everett”, the very first Boeing 747 ever built — the prototype that changed commercial aviation forever.
The real N7470 first flew on 9 February 1969 and was painted in the iconic Boeing red, white and brown house colours. Known as the City of Everett, the aircraft was used extensively for testing, certification, demonstrations and promotional tours, serving as the platform that ushered in the widebody era.
