Canceling a Pre-order

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please let us know at once. Although we allow you to pay upon release, in many cases, we have to commit and purchase the model in advance. Even before it is made in many cases.

A cancelled pre-order is lost revenue and a model we need to find a new home for. We say this with total respect as we know circumstances change. However, it is a massive problem for the retail industry whether you sell model aircraft or trains. We have spoken to 4 competitors (friends) who have the same issues.
