Corgi Aviation Archive Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIC Z3897 / JX-N F/O William W. McConnell Scale 1/72 AA39705

This Corgi Aviation Archive Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIC represents aircraft Z3897, carrying the squadron code JX-N and flown by F/O William W. McConnell.

The Hurricane Mk.IIC was one of the heavily armed developments of Hawker's famous fighter, equipped with four 20mm Hispano cannon. While earlier Hurricane variants are particularly remembered for their role during the Battle of Britain, the type continued to serve extensively throughout the Second World War in fighter, ground-attack and other operational roles.

Produced in 1:72 scale as part of the popular Corgi Aviation Archive range, AA39705 makes an excellent addition to an RAF, Hawker Hurricane or Second World War aircraft collection.
