View Details

This JC Wings 1:400 scale model represents a FedEx Airbus A300-600R carrying the temporary Airbus test registration F-WWAF and presented in its distinctive factory bare-metal appearance.

Before delivery, newly built aircraft may undertake production and acceptance flights using temporary manufacturer registrations. This model captures the A300 during that fascinating stage of production, before receiving its complete FedEx colour scheme and permanent United States registration.

The model combines the unmistakable FedEx markings with exposed metallic fuselage panels, creating an unusual variation from the fully painted aircraft normally seen in airline service. It features detailed printed markings, realistic landing gear and an aerial antenna.

An interesting addition to any FedEx, Airbus, cargo-aircraft or factory-finish collection.
