Returns & Refunds

We operate a clear and fair returns and refund policy.

We accept returns provided it is within 14 days of the order receipt.

Here is a quick guide to help you 

If you do not have an account and ordered as a guest please email to arrange your return. "YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN IN" 

  • Within your account and click returns and notify us, we need to know why it's being returned 
  • We will respond within 24 hours and authorise the return.
  • We pay for damaged and defective goods plus the return postage 
  • We refund all other goods but not the return postage if ordered in error for example. 
  • We will offer a credit on your account or full refund this is your choice.

We can send a pre-paid postage to you by computer or post for returns and large items can be collected by courier
